·Standards
Compliance with ASTM A270 or ASME-BPE standards is mandatory. These standards define the micro-surface quality and dimensional precision necessary for high-purity fluid environments surrounding sensitive electronic components.

 

·Materials

    304/304L: The mainstream choice for primary loops and general cooling circuits due to its structural strength.

    316L (1.4404): Mandatory for secondary aseptic loops (chip-contact side). Its ultra-low carbon content and anti-pitting properties prevent ion leaching into Deionized (DI) water, which would otherwise increase conductivity or cause electrochemical corrosion.

 

·Surface Treatment
Internal surface roughness (Ra) must be stabilized between 0.25μm and 0.5μmElectropolishing (EP) or Bright Annealing (BA) is used to create a dense, uniform passivation layer. This mirror finish minimizes flow resistance (optimizing PUE) and prevents micro-particles or biofilms from clogging the micron-sized channels in cold plates.

 

·Types

    Precision Sanitary Welded Tubes: Must undergo Online Bright Annealing and internal bead leveling to ensure no welding slag or micro-burrs shed into the system.

    Custom Manifold Assemblies: A unique product form for liquid cooling, requiring high-precision welding of headers and branches to ensure stable flow distribution and tight branch positioning tolerances.

 

·Compatibility
Tubes must undergo strict Degreasing/Oil-Free Treatment. No residual machining oil is permitted as it contaminates coolants. Furthermore, strict dimensional tolerance control is required for seamless compatibility with Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings to guarantee leak-free operation.

 

·Quality Inspection

    Helium Leak Testing: Used for manifolds to detect molecular-level leak paths that standard hydrostatic tests might miss.

    Conductivity Flush Testing: Monitoring the change in DI water conductivity after flushing the tubes to verify zero ion leaching.
